How to Make Good Scrambled Eggs

This post is all about scrambled eggs. Let’s start with the basics. You are going to need:

  • eggs
  • spatula
  • nonstick spray or coating
  • seasoning (for flavor)
  • mixing bowl
  • beater or fork
  • medium sized pan
  • oven burner

First, put your pan or skillet on the burner that matches its size the most. Then, spray the nonstick coating all over the pan in a circular motion until it is completely covered. Next, crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and put in a moderate amount of seasoning. Beat eggs with a fork until they are a smooth, creamy yellow texture. Preheat your oven burner to medium-high and wait about 4 minutes to allow your pan to heat. When the oven burner is ready and heated, pour eggs into a pan (that should be hot from the burner by now) and wait about 45 seconds to a minute before applying a spatula to move eggs around to cook them evenly. Finally, when eggs are cooked and fluffy (not slimy and wet) use your spatula to move them into your bowl. Then enjoy your masterpiece by eating it and complementing yourself on how well you did.
